Abundant and creamy foam, with good persistence of a soft crown; subtle and sinuous perlage. Intense straw yellow color with light copper shades. Very expressive and complex olfactory component, characterized by a clear mineral note that blends with delicate hints of citrus fruits, yellow-fleshed fruits and white bread. On the palate, the wine is characterized by lively and vibrant acidity, supported by an enveloping structure and excellent persistence that give dynamism and gustatory tension. Millesimato recommended throughout the meal; pleasantly accompanies important appetizers, fish main courses, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
