Barbera grapes ripen well on the Piacenza hills, so warm and sunny, and are well suited to being transformed into a wine that improves over the years, thanks to its fresh and lively acidity. This is why, only in the vintages where quality and quantity allow it, is it produced a pure Barbera, natural and without forcing.
