Dark ruby color with shades of purple ink. The bouquet highlights aromas and flavors of dark plum, blackberry nectar and aromatic herbs, enriched with notes of coffee and cocoa. Its majestic character explodes in the mouth, it is both dense but fresh, characterized by noble and powerful tannins, and a note of violet perfume. The finish is long and clean with an endowment of minerality that enhances the characteristics of liveliness, power and cleanliness. Excellent to accompany complex preparations based on red meat such as stews, braised and overcooked, feathered and feathered game, long-aged cheeses.
