Straw yellow with beautiful golden reflections, this Pecorino already reveals a strong and distinct character in the glass. Fine and elegant, the nose releases hints of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, with apricot and medlar in evidence, followed by herbaceous notes of sage and thyme, and floral notes of broom. The perfectly soft grapes give the sip a perfect balance between softness and hardness, with caressing sensations adequately balanced by persuasive mineral memories. The closing, enveloping but at the same time inviting, reveals the character of an engaging and at the same time long-lived wine.
