Alacer Roble 2021 is a young, expressive red wine from Ribera del Duero, made from 100% Tempranillo grapes. This wine is characterised by its freshness and balance, with a brief time in oak that enhances its fruity notes and adds a subtle touch of wood. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry stand out, combined with delicate hints of vanilla and spices. On the palate, its structure is friendly, with round tannins and a lingering finish. It is an ideal companion for cured meats, white meats and traditional Spanish dishes.
