A distinctive white that is not barrel-aged, although partly fermented in oak (the Chardonnay grapes, accounting for 40% of the blend, are fermented in new oak barrels).A straw-yellow colour with greenish glints, the fresh fruit varietal aromas of the Sauvignon and Chardonnay are present on the nose, with almost imperceptible light touches of oak. This is a complex wine on the palate, with plenty of body, fresh, elegant and balanced.The Chardonnay grapes have been fermented for 3 months in new Allier oak barrels.
