Valtellina Superiore is a wine produced by the Ascesa company, of great elegance and structure, obtained from Nebbiolo grapes. in the glass it denotes an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections; on the nose it expresses an excellent bouquet characterized by hints of red fruit, undergrowth, sweet spices and hints of noble woods and aromatic herbs. The sip is intense, full-bodied, balanced with excellent freshness. Enveloping and well integrated tannins. Perfect in combination with menus consisting of meat dishes: pasta with meat sauce, game, roast meat and aged cheeses.
