Brunello Biondi Santi has a beautiful intense ruby red color with fascinating garnet reflections; the nose is very balanced between floral, fruity and spicy hints. Bouquet of dried violet and rose, ripe blackberry and plum, pepper and balsamic notes are perceived. In the mouth it has a nice acidity, the tannin is very fine and makes you want to drink it. An explosion of red berry, black currant and strawberry flavor. It goes well with horse meat, it is also an excellent companion for dishes based on wild boar or venison meat seasoned with a tasty sauce.
