Bisol Valdobbiadene Jeio Extradry

Bisol is now owned by the Lunelli family, well-known for being at the helm of the Ferrari group, Italy's most important sparkling wine company. The great classic methods from Trento are thus combined with the magic of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Prosecco bearing the Bisol brand name. The historic cellars carved out of the Prosecco hills, together with an innovative project for the sustainability and qualitative growth of the product, are a guarantee of the connection with the territory and authenticity that the Bisol family continues to put into practise. Jeio was Desiderio Bisol’s nickname, the winery's founder, and today it is the name of the winery's most pop and dynamic line. The Extradry is a noble DOCG prosecco with a bright straw yellow colour and a fine, lively perlage. The bouquet is harmonious and elegant, ample and fragrant, with a prevalence of fruit. On the palate it is silky, enveloping, fresh, with delicious memories of the olfactory sensations.
