The fourth in a family of great talents. The sweetest. Bortolomiol has made this sparkling wine, once again with the Charmat method, obtaining a gradation beyond the sweetness of Cartizze. We are in front of a perfect dessert wine. Another result of the research and the high sparkling capacity of the Bortolomiol cellars. The Demi Sec version is certainly the least common. Its important set of residual sugars binds it to be combined with desserts at the end of the meal. The sweetness is not cloying and is well balanced by the freshness. The overripe grapes harvested late give a persuasive tone to the nose and silky sensations in the mouth. An autumn sweet made with chestnuts and persimmons certainly finds a happy marriage with this wine.
