Braida Bricco dell'Uccellone is a Barbera that has written the history of this grape variety, of great strength and expressiveness. An innovative and experimental wine that has made school. At sight it has a very intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The perfume is rich, complex, of notable concentration and thickness, and highlights hints of red fruit and small fruits, with a background of mental spices, vanilla and licorice. In the mouth it gives a generous flavor, full-bodied and remarkable structure, perfect amalgam of the characteristics of the grape variety and the contribution of wood, in a combination of great softness and class. It accompanies great meat dishes, roasts and aged cheeses.
