Buen Chico 2016 is a premium red wine made in the Ribera del Duero region, one of Spain's most prestigious appellations. This wine is produced from the Tempranillo grape variety, also known locally as Tinta del País, grown in carefully selected vineyards that benefit from the climatic and soil conditions of this renowned wine-growing area.
Intense cherry red in colour with garnet rim, Buen Chico 2016 stands out for its visual appeal. On the nose, it presents a complex and seductive aromatic profile, where notes of ripe black fruits such as plum and blackberry intertwine with spicy nuances of vanilla, clove and black pepper, and subtle toasted and cocoa hints from its ageing in oak barrels.
On the palate, this wine is structured and well-balanced, with firm but silky tannins that give it body and elegance. The well-integrated acidity provides freshness, while ripe fruit and spice flavours develop on the palate with great intensity and depth. The finish is long and lingering, leaving a pleasant sensation of warmth and sophistication.
Buen Chico 2016 is ideal with grilled red meat dishes, stews, game and cured cheeses. Its complexity and richness make it an excellent choice for special occasions and to enjoy at times of celebration.
