Produced with the grapes of the cadastral plot number 101, this is the wine of the holidays, which has always been the family tradition of Cà del Baio. Brilliant straw yellow color, animated by fine and persistent bubbles; intense, aromatic aroma, typical of the grape of origin, with fruity notes that recall apricot and linden flowers; sweet, light, good acidity, fresh and persistent aftertaste. Italian sweet wine par excellence, traditionally accompanies leavened desserts (brioche and panettone), those based on creams and chantilly, fruit desserts. But do not mind the salty snacks with preserved fish (anchovies, herring, mackerel), soft cheeses and salami.
