Caggiano Béchar is a fresh and fragrant white. On visual examination it shows a lively golden yellow color with green inlays. The nose reveals a complex olfactory profile with a prevalence of dried fruit, spices and sugared almonds, greenened by aromatic herbs and wild flowers. The flavor is full, rich, of substance, balanced and of remarkable persistence. Ideal for enhancing fish dishes; to try with mint amberjack rolls.
