Representative of the Carmignano territory, it is the historic wine of the company, since the family has kept bottles from the 1925 vintage. Carmignano DOCG ages for over a year in tonneaux and in bottles for about 12 months. Intense ruby red, it has an elegant nose, with notes of black cherry and raspberry well blended with ripe fruit. In the mouth it is soft, enveloping, with soft tannins and good body. Present a nice acidity, but well balanced by the tannic richness. Long finish, with an aftertaste that tends to sweet licorice.
