A result that, beyond the strong marking of Cabernet, well illustrates the characteristics of the terroir. Intense ruby red. This wine immediately transmits a hint of cherries and small fruits such as currants. All this is completed by soft woody notes. On the palate it is well balanced and persistent. It goes well with roasts, steaks and red meats in general. Game and aged cheeses are also perfect for tasting this wine at its best.
