Bach Rosé Brut is a cava that seduces by the sight and is captivating on the palate. The combination of the Monastrell, Grenache and Pinot Noir varieties creates a rosé-coloured sparkling wine with a pleasant aroma of ripe red fruits, with a balanced, smooth and pleasant palate, perfect for surprising aperitifs, or accompanying smoked meats, mild cured meats, fish or seafood.
The must is fermented at a low temperature. After blending, the wines obtained are cold stabilised before tirage. They are then fermented a second time and aged in the bottle (minimum 9 months) in contact with the yeasts until disgorging, when the expedition liqueur is added to give them their discreet sweetness.
The wine is pale pink in colour and of medium-high intensity, with a good release of bubbles that form a beautiful sparkling crown. The nose combines pleasant aromas of strawberries and cherries with light notes of yeast. With a little more time in the glass, more complex hints of dried fruits emerge, reminiscent of its ageing in cava. On the palate it is balanced, smooth and pleasant, demonstrating why it is one of the favourite sparkling wines of thousands and thousands of wine lovers all over the world.
