The intensity of planting, careful pruning, thinning and sorting, provide a grape that, after careful drying, gives this great wine, completed by aging in large oak barrels, in barriques and long rest in the bottle . Excellent with red meats, game and mature cheeses. Excellent as a meditation wine.
