Since 1948, the Esterlin house has worked with passion and vision in the heart of Champagne, cultivating 116 hectares in the prestigious Épernay region. Its headquarters, inspired by the Palladian villas of Venice, reflect classical elegance and a commitment to quality.The Éclat Brut is born from a careful blend — 60% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Noir — with the particularity that it does not undergo malolactic fermentation, thus preserving the freshness and aromatic complexity that characterize this cuvée. Additionally, the wine is enriched with a solera started in 1972, which adds density and richness to the reserve wines.With a minimum of 5 years aging on lees, Éclat offers a fine, creamy bubble and an aromatic profile that mixes notes of ripe fruit, bakery, and citrus touches.Its sustainable production, with over 70% of vineyards certified in Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne (VDC) and High Environmental Value (HVE), reaffirms its commitment to the terroir and the future.
