The Hermit has a very dark purple dress almost black. Its nose is composed of black fruits with hints of spices and ink. On the palate, its very powerful and at the same time velvety tannins, notes of smoke, pepper, beautifully express the Syrah on this granite soil. Depending on the vintage, the wine can be kept for 30 to 60 years, or even 50 to 75 years.
