Cherchi Tuvaoes is a fresh and fragrant wine, with an unmistakable Mediterranean style. Straw yellow in color, on the nose it expresses an olfactory profile of great expressiveness: notes of wildflowers, straw, tomato leaves are perfectly integrated with more typically fruity and floral scents. In the mouth it appears fresh, taut, marked by an excellent acidic shoulder and at the same time enveloping thanks to a certain softness perfectly integrated with the taste. Clean and persistent finish. Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal to accompany tasty fish dishes, grills and roasts.
