Colet-Navazos Reserva Brut Nature is the result of a rare and utterly brilliant alliance: the precision of Catalan sparkling wine and the depth of Jerez Manzanilla. Crafted by Sergi Colet in Penedès, using organic Chardonnay as its base, and refined with a minimal dose of Manzanilla and Manzanilla Pasada provided by Equipo Navazos, this wine pushes the boundaries of traditional Brut Nature.After 40 months of bottle ageing, with no disgorgement until the perfect moment, the wine reveals a fine mousse, aromas of green apple, citrus, almond and toasted bread. On the palate, it’s dry, vibrant, and subtly mineral—ideal with shellfish, white fish, or simply as an appetite-awakener.An alchemy that bridges two worlds. And it works.
