Bukkuram Padre della Vigna represents the quintessence of passito wines from Sicily and the island of Pantelleria in particular. It has an inviting bright amber yellow color. On the nose, after the first intense notes of apricot and peach, the aromas chase each other through the meanders of sweet sensations of dried figs, honey, aromatic herbs and mineral notes. The mouth impresses with the remarkable complexity given by the fusion of sweetness, flavor and softness. The finish is very long, with a harmonious return of the aromas perceived on the nose, which show all the nobility of the Zibibbo grape. Perfect with cream desserts, small pastries, almond paste. To be paired with desserts of various kinds at the end of a meal. For meditation with dark chocolate.
