Domus Pensi 2020 is a signature red wine from Terra Alta DO, made by Altavins Viticultors with a careful selection of grapes: 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 10% Merlot. After 18 months of ageing in French oak barrels, it has a deep and elegant profile, with aromas of ripe fruit, plums, cocoa and spicy notes. On the palate, it is ample, silky and with polished tannins, culminating in a long, lingering finish. Ideal to accompany stewed meats, game or cured cheeses, and perfect for those who are looking for wines with Mediterranean character and projection over time.NOTE: We recommend decanting before serving; this wine is produced unfiltered. Due to its concentration, it may produce precipitates.
