El El Paseante La Escucha 2022 is a red wine made by Vinos del Paseante in the Bierzo Designation of Origin, using exclusively the Mencía grape variety. This wine stands out for its cherry red colour with violet reflections and a high aromatic intensity, where notes of red fruits such as cherries and plums predominate, complemented by floral nuances of violets and a spicy background of vanilla and clove. On the palate, it presents great balance, freshness and enveloping tannins that provide a pleasant aromatic memory of fruits and spices. Its versatility makes it an ideal accompaniment for dishes such as roast meats, stews, game, mushrooms, cured meats, sheep's cheese and sautéed vegetables.
