Enrico Gatti Brut is a sparkling wine of great elegance and refinement. It shows a golden yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory bouquet is rich and complex, with fruity hints of citrus, peaches, pineapple, notes of vanilla, wildflowers, baked desserts and mineral nuances. On the palate it is refined, with good sapidity and freshness, pleasantly fruity and characterized by a long slightly almond finish. Excellent to accompany appetizers, eggs and quiches, sushi, hot fish appetizers, fish tartare, steamed shellfish, fried fish and fresh cheeses.
