Enrico Gatti Nature is a pleasant sparkling wine with a bright straw yellow appearance. Equipped with great olfactory complexity given by secondary hints of yeast in perfect balance with the floral part (mimosa aromas), hints of tropical fruit, walnut and hazelnut combined with finely toasted notes. Freshness and good structure complete the picture, ensuring the palate sensations of creaminess and minerality, with a clean and persistent finish.
