Erre de Herrero Verdejo 2023

After their long experience creating wines at Viñedos Nieva, the Herrero brothers are now starting up their own very personal and family-run project, and presenting us with their first offering: Erre de Herrero, a pure Verdejo with a personal touch, ideal for those who relish this varietal and wines with character. Erre is a Verdejo full of intensity, displaying the variety's particular aromas, with balsamic and mineral hints, full and structured on the palate, giving a lovely flavour of fruit and notes of white flowers, with a pleasant bitter touch on the finish. What about the price? Perfect for getting itself known and and being invited to come back. What more could you ask! A straw-yellow colour with greenish flecks, the wine displays aromas of white fruit (apple and pear) and mineral notes. It is fresh and balanced on the palate, ending with a slight bitter touch on the finish.
