Ferdinando Principiano's Langhe Nebbiolo Coste is produced in Monforte d'Alba, after a fermentation with maceration on the skins without added yeasts, it ages for ten months in steel tanks. Young and fragrant, on the palate it is as original as it is of quality. It has a pale ruby red color; the nose is vinous and particularly fruity characterized by vivacity. The flavor is overwhelming but it maintains finesse; thanks to the fruity notes it is juicy, easy to drink and with a slightly balsamic touch that ends in the finish. Excellent paired with second courses of white meat and medium-aged cheeses.
