Enveloping bouquet that teases the nose with memories of candied citrus fruits and white flowers, a prelude to more complex aromas of spices and toasted notes of coffee powder. Freshness and flavor in perfect harmony enhance its softness, which brings back to the long aging on the lees. The excellent final gustative persistence gives the palate hints of dehydrated apricot and white pepper.
