Fornelli is the name of the cru from which the grapes come. The name originates from ancient kilns where the clay present in the ground was cooked, to create the amphorae in which wine was contained, the jars where oil was contained, vases, ornamental plates, bricks for construction. Yellow in color with greenish reflections, the nose has floral hints of broom and chamomile, with aromas of pear, yellow melon and honey. Balanced acidity and persistent freshness on the palate, on the very long finish, with a marked minerality. Typical with grilled and raw fish, white meats, fresh cheeses. Pleasant as an aperitif.
