Known as the "lady of Teroldego", Elisabetta is one of the leading exponents of biodynamics in Italy and of wine maturation in amphora. Manzoni Bianco is a cross of Riesling and Pinot Blanc that produces fresh, mineral and elegant wines of excellent structure which are highly satisfying. Elisabetta's expertise in her spectacular vineyards in Trentino gives this variety unique personality and longevity, stunning verticality and character.
