Off-piste tells of an alternative route, a way out of the ordinary, a different vision and perception of nature. The Fuoripista Pinot Grigio was born from the collaboration of Foradori with Marco Devigili, biodynamic winemaker of Campo Rotaliano and wants to express the essence of a very widespread variety in Trentino. The permanence of the wine for more than 8 months on the skins inside the tinajas (amphorae) reveals the delicate character of this Pinot Grigio.
