Pagos de Galir is the flagship wine from the small family winery in Virxen del Galir in DO Valdeorras, produced with Godello grapes growing on slate soils in micro-vineyards in Regueirón and O Serro. Brimming with personality and mineral expressiveness, it is a faithful example of this variety and the Valdeorras terroir, combining the structure of Burgundy whites with the elegance and mineral juiciness of a grape which has a great capacity for ageing.
