Irenèo is one of the company cru, the name derives from ancient Greek and means peace. It is obtained with the best Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Carmenère grapes produced on Monte Castello in Baone using products that respect the environment as much as possible. At sight it has an intense ruby red color; the nose releases persuasive notes of black berry fruit with spicy sensations that blend in perfect harmony. The sip is warm, persistent, elegant and well structured. Excellent in combination with fine red meats, noble game and aged cheeses.
