It takes its name from the vineyard, which in turn takes its name from Signor Volta, the sharecropper who has cultivated it for years, this sunny, warm wine with apricot notes where all the peculiarities of the area and that great grape variety are summarized. is the Malvasia of Candia Aromatica. Characterized by great drinkability, this wine is atypical for its sweetness as opposed to the excellent acidity. The floral and fruity nose is intense and results in an enveloping, warm and spicy flavor. Extraordinary both as an accompaniment to spoon desserts or homemade biscuits and to cheeses with jams and honey.
