Terrafiaba is a sparkling white wine, a fresh and immediate wine, which, despite its intrinsic simplicity, is the result of a project inspired by the desire to produce base wines that are endowed with immediacy and freshness, but also with a varied aroma and good structure. The interpretation is modern, with particular attention to the search for aromatic finesse and gustatory balance. Excellent as an aperitif, with cold cuts, various appetizers, light shellfish dishes, throughout the meal for a light and refreshing midday lunch.
