Perhaps the most representative winery of the Colli Orientali del Friuli and of the magical area of Rosazzo, that of Livio Felluga, the unforgettable star of Italian wine, has always combined the search for excellence and a very close relationship with the territory. This is demonstrated by the wines of the highest range, from the great Terre Alte to the fantastic Picolit, but also the freshest and easily-drinkable products, which are full of class and unparalleled style. Sharis, from Chardonnay and Ribolla aged in steel only, for about six months, on yeasts, it is a prime example. The elegance and structure, even aromatic, of the Chardonnay, come together in splendid harmony with the fresh vivacity of the Ribolla, almost as if it were sanctioning the perfect union between tradition and innovation. A white with great personality, of a pale canary yellow colour with slightly golden reflections. It reveals a fruity, fresh scent, with notes of pineapple, cedar, peach, white flowers and hints of spices. On the palate it is lively and fresh, with a long, persistent aftertaste, with clear citrus and spicy notes. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with asparagus, vegetable soups, legume purée and marinated fish.
