Llopart Reserva Brut Nature 2018

One of the first Brut Nature Cavas, firmly positioned today as a great classic, and at the time further evidence of Cava Llopart's commitment to quality viticulture and low yields. The Llopart Reserva Brut Nature is an elegant Cava, a very bright pale straw-yellow colour. It displays a fine, constant mousse and a very clean aroma which balances to perfection the subtle fruit notes with the tertiary aromas acquired from ageing. On the palate it is light and fine, fresh and unctuous, completely dry, smooth and with pleasant nuances from ageing. A touch of Chardonnay imbues it with a hint of ripe fruit which makes this Cava so delightfully scintillating. A very versatile Cava, ideal for both drinking on its own and for accompanying any type of dish.
