Mario Rovira Milonga is a syrah with Macabeo, vinified as white, the result is a fresh, light wine with subtle aromas, since they do not seek concentration, nor muscle nor color. I work with skins, spontaneous fermentation (7-8 days with the skins), aging for 5 months 100% in a ceramic egg.
