The Montsant Artesà Brut Nature is one of the most famous sparkling wines of Caves Monastell, a family business founded by the Roca Gibert family in 1941. From the privileged environment of the Alt Penedés and, more specifically, Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, work to create artisanal cellars that respect the wine tradition and transmit an impeccable quality and unique personality. All Monastell cellars rest in the cellar in conditions of silence, gloom and temperature carefully controlled so that when they reach the market they delight who drinks them.
Brut Nature, with a minimum aging of 12 months, is made with the best grapes of the three historic white varieties (macabeu, xarel·lo and parellada). It looks golden straw color, highlighted by the discreet burst of small bubbles. On the nose, the aromas of white fruit are mixed with the warm memories of yeasts. It is pleasant and fresh at the beginning and its balanced acidity accompanies a creamy step by mouth, drawing a long and vibrant finish. The integration of carbon is extraordinary and its roundness allows it to work with a multitude of different dishes, from appetizers to salads, rice or white meat.
