Where other sparkling wines end their life cycle and begin to age, the pure burst of energy. The Puro, which as it is known, rests with its head turned downwards, lives eternally, thanks to the presence of the biological background that constantly keeps it alive. With light pink colors, the taste brings us back to red fruits. Despite the maturity it is a fresh sparkling wine, homogeneous in the mouth, dry, complex. Excellent in combination with any fish dish. It does not disdain dry pastries.
