Nadia Sauvignon Blanc 2019 is a white wine produced in the Penedès region of Spain. This wine stands out for its freshness, elegance and varietal expression, reflecting the unique characteristics of the Sauvignon Blanc grown in this area. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, it has a pale yellow colour with greenish reflections, denoting its freshness and youth. On the nose, it offers an intense and vibrant aromatic range with notes of exotic fruits such as papaya and peach, as well as citrus fruits such as grapefruit. Subtle floral hints of roses and jasmine are also perceived, along with vegetal notes that add complexity. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with a well-defined acidity that adds balance and structure. The fruit flavours are harmoniously integrated, leaving a clean, refreshing and slightly mineral finish. This wine is ideal with seafood, grilled fish, fresh salads and Asian dishes.
