La Cañada de Pérez Barquero is a delicious wine that takes us off to the lands of Andalucia, an expertly crafted wine made from Pedro Ximénez grapes grown in a single vineyard, La Cañada, which is quite unusual. It is a dense wine, offering the excellent results of patient and careful ageing, full of aromas and flavours of raisins, figs, with notes of honey and cocoa, toffee - a tremendous wine.
Matured for 25 years in oak barrels.
