Of a wonderful light pink with copper shades, this vertical and cutting rosé comes from the vineyards of Contrada Solicchiata, among the best on the northern side of Etna, at about 600 meters above sea level. Citrus and floral on the nose, reminiscent of orange and rose, with more complex hints of white pepper and aromatic herbs. Extraordinarily mineral when tasted, with iodine salinity, it is fresh, fragrant and at the same time agile, with excellent and pleasant persistence.
