Planeta Cerasuolo di Vittoria is an enveloping red, very personal and recognizable. Ruby red in color with soft black cherry reflections, the nose reveals a typical bouquet of aromas of ripe pomegranate, small red fruits, strawberry, cherry, prickly pears and fruit candy. On the palate it expresses soft and balanced tannins, which give it a fresh acidity. Easy to combine on the table, it is excellent with first courses of meat and fish, boiled meats, white meats and medium-aged cheeses. Excellent with deviled chicken.
