Pale in the glass, it has a pale straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. On the nose it reveals good workmanship and great typicality, with hints of hawthorn, peach blossom, plum, apple, almond and, to finish, slight hints of minerals and icing sugar. In the mouth it expresses great taste tension, a triumph of pleasantness and drinkability; vivid, cutting, with a good alcoholic sensation, it closes savoury-bitter and with a long persistence. A great little masterpiece for everyday at the table, perfect in summer, ideal with fish and shellfish dishes.
