Sot del Cel 2022 is a biodynamic white wine from the Penedès region, made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This wine has a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers floral aromas of rose, accompanied by herbaceous notes such as rosemary, and hints of tropical fruits, especially mango. On the palate, a fresh entry with good acidity, white fruit flavours such as apple, citrus notes of orange and a subtle undergrowth background. It is ideal to accompany fish dishes, seafood and fresh salads. This wine has been recognised in international competitions, obtaining 90 points in the London Wine Competition 2022, where it was highlighted as the best in the Sauvignon Blanc/Gray category.
