Tenuta Ulisse Pecorino Brut

In Abruzzo, Tenuta Ulisse made Pecorino sparkling wine for the first time. An ambitious and simple project at the same time: using the native Pecorino vine to produce a Charmat Method Spumante in Abruzzo. The goal is, once again, to focus on the peculiarities and richness of the territory, to offer these vines a new way of telling themselves and expressing their personality. In the glass it shows a beautiful, slightly deep straw yellow color and a fine, elegant and continuous perlage. Intense aroma thanks to the Pecorino's tropical fruit varietal personality. The aromatic note caught on the nose continues and develops on the palate, spreading in breadth and depth. Rich in complexity and elegance. To grasp its richness and aromatic complexity, we recommend it in solitary tasting as an aperitif. It goes well with raw fish such as tuna, cuttlefish or octopus or turbot carpaccio or with fish pasta and risotto, fresh cheeses, baked fish.
