Pale straw yellow, on the nose the aromas of white pepper and nutmeg, and the notes of ripe peach, give this wine a lot of harmony and a pleasantly aromatic bouquet. Thanks to the light notes of nutmeg, this wine is also aromatic on the palate, with a marked acidity that gives it a lot of refinement and elegance. It is appreciated as an aperitif, but also paired with swordfish carpaccio, steamed lake fish (such as trout with boiled potatoes) or sea bass baked in foil. Boiled meat with celery puree, fresh mountain cheese.
